SA Classroom StartUp Checklist

To complete this checklist, you will need a working @gosaints.org email address. If you are a new student and do not have your email activated, please contact at:  anthony.deprato@gosaints.org 


Here are the initial steps to take when you get into your classroom after a Holiday
  1. I can connect to my display and start my lessons
  2. I can use and confirm the sound in my room works
  3. If I use the voicelift system, it works
  4. I can print to one of the large Ricoh Printers
  5. My room is in order, and I do not have equipment etc from other rooms; Items shift in the summer if you need help moving something let us know

Check Your Google Groups (New Process)

Use this link, the Groups you should belong to will appear. If you are missing a group, or in the wrong group, complete a HelpDesk ticket. We have a process to manage these but we need these in our ticket system to ensure it is accurate.

I Can Access and Use My School Email

Click the icon, login to your email, and send a simple message to:
samplesusername@gosaints.org

I Can Access Google Classroom(For Divisions that use it)

Click the icon, and join a class with this code: caeco5q

I Can Access Google Meet

Click the icon, and test your Camera and Microphone following this guide. When you speak, the bars should rise. Make sure to click “test” to confirm your speakers/headset are working.

Next, join a meeting with this code: Checklist2020

After you join leave a comment. If you see another student you may chat, but this meeting is being monitored so be polite :).
